- Worn or washed garments
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Undergarments, accessories, or customized items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or wrong item delivered)
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the item to our address at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Exchange Process
- Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we’ll ship your replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are only issued for prepaid orders and only in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
